ELIAN ("we", "us") is a service of LeoPulse B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 97814997). We are the data controller for personal data collected through our website and services.

Platform services
If you use our platform, we process technical telemetry data from connected devices. We store device metadata, events, and alerts needed to deliver dashboards, notifications, and analytics.

4. Sharing data with third parties (Sub-processors)

We do not share your data with third parties, except for strictly necessary sub-processors that help us deliver our services. We have data processing agreements in place with all sub-processors to ensure your privacy is protected.

  • Cloudflare: Content delivery, security, and tunnel services. Data may be processed in their global network.
  • Formspree: Contact form submissions (if configured).

5. Data storage, security, and retention

Your data is stored securely on servers located within the European Union (Netherlands). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption, network security, and access controls, to protect your data against loss or unauthorized processing.

  • Contact form data: Retained for a maximum of 2 years after the last correspondence, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
  • Anonymized analytics: Retained for 14 months for trend analysis.
